And state farm did not want to reopen the case because they already paid other car what do we pay insurance for if there not there when you need it . As well as I've only been in 1 wreck and I get kicked off insurance after I spoke and you guys said I would remain on you lied . And now my husband is getting kicked off to . Because I got in one wreck worst insurance ever ."

"They can’t even give you an accurate quote. It took two weeks and back and forth visits. I was quoted at $170. Then when I went to pay, it went up to $500.... a month. Which is BY FAR the highest quote from 4+ other insurances for the same coverage."

"This office is fantastic. On several occasions their amazing customer service got me out of a pinch. One time in Canada, a car rental company refused me a rental until I showed them a specific form from State Farm proving coverage in Canada. I was running very late to an important event. So I made a call to Gary Garrett's office and explained the situation. Moments later they emailed me the specific form with my name, policy number and other information on it. There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. I'm really glad I went with them for auto and renter's insurance during my time in Athens, GA."

"Basically, I had no idea what I needed when it came to car insurance. I didn’t know what I wanted or needed. All I knew is that I needed car insurance, and that’s exactly what I said when I walked into this office. Someone from the front desk greeted me and said someone would help me shortly. After a few minutes, we went over the coverages, and what I had had previously. They explained it clearly and gave me some recommendations, but ultimately let me pick what I thought was the best. I left knowing more than I ever thought I should know about car insurance, and was comfortable with the coverages I made, however the real reason for the review is what happened next. I recently came in to go over a renter’s insurance quote as someone told me I should look into renters (renter’s?) insurance, and it turns out, that we could do it for, and I’m not kidding, $1 per month. Not $10 or $20 per month, just 1. It was because of discounts, but still, that’s just one dollar! Anyway, first they answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my car insurance, then we added something that I honestly should have gotten sooner for almost no money at all. I can’t recommend this agency enough, 5 stars!"
